Hi  my name is Anna I have lived in North Norfolk all my life, from an early age my feelings were why am I here what am I supposed to be doing.  I lost my best friend Spotty dog at the age of five felt I was on my own even though I had a little brother and sister, when I was 18 I lost my best school friend to Leukenmia this tipped me over the edge and was lost  for quite a while,  I refound my spirituality something clicked within and I started helping  all walks of life that came my way, I have sat it different circles mental mediumship, trance and physical which helps me to connect to those beyond the veil, done different kinds of breath work and meditations, I am a member of the Norfolk Healers Association and I have trained as a Shamanic Energy Practitioner with the 4 Winds Designed by Dr. Alberto Villoldo, working with your Luminous Energy Field which brings together the ancient wisdom and modern day practices. Within this training I have learned how to connect with my ancestral past.  I now know I am connected to my innerself and the light that shines brightly and why I am here on this earth at this time.
